Second husband of Elizabeth Frances Wilson Poulterer.
Stepfather of Emma, Helen and Joseph. Raised Helen Poulterer O'Donnell. He served in World War I and was exposed to mustard gas in France. After which, he exhibited Parkinson's-like symptoms and eventually was confined to a wheelchair. He had a sharp mind and was a wiz at checkers. He was a tanner by trade.
