The Screven County native retired as a machine operator after 30 years of Service with Union Camp Corp. She was a member of Jackson Baptist Church.
Survivors: a daughter-in-law, Ora Jean Pye of Sylvania; two sisters, Mary Pye of Savannah and Edna Repetka of Winter Springs, Fla.; and three grandsons, Michale and Allen Pye of Sylvania and Eddie Pye of Springfield.
Visitation: 7-9 p.m. today at Thompson-Strickland-Waters Funeral Home.
Funeral: 2 p.m. Friday at Thompson-Strickland-Waters Funeral Home, , burial in Double Heads Baptist Church Cemetery.
