Prudence Boydston, 68, of Camden Point, MO, passed away, Monday, March 19, 2012.
She was born March 14, 1944 to Lowry Albert and Solace Adelaide (Smith) Weed in Quantico, VA. She graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in Brooklyn, New York.
On August 19, 1978 she was united in marriage to Ralph Boydston at Hoover Christian Church. After their marriage they lived in the Camden Point area, where they made their home.
Prudence was a homemaker and raised her two daughters. She later worked as an office clerk for various companies in the Kansas City area.
She was a member of the Camden Point Christian Church, and Living History at North Platte Elementary. She loved to take pictures and travel, always journaling her trips.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Prudence is survived by her husband, Ralph, of the home; daughters, Karen Bierschbach and husband Jamie and Heather Fisher and husband, William; grandchildren, Shelby Jane Bierschbach, Ashton and Travis Fisher; sisters, Eva Plude and husband John, and Barbara Taylor; brothers, Albert Weed II and wife Emily, Stephen Weed and wife Monique; several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Funeral Service: 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 24th at the Camden Point Christian Church.
Burial: Camden Point Cemetery.
Visitation: 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday at the church
Donations may be made to the church.
