She was born in Lockport, Ill.
She married Leo Geeting in 1924 in Malta. They homesteaded in the Strater community until 1955 when they moved to Malta. Her husband died in 1969. She taught school for many years in the Malta area.
She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and World War I Auxiliary.
Survivors include four sisters, Mrs. Edna Claypool and Mrs. Elvera Cookingham, both of Malta, Mrs. Norma Reynolds of Bozeman and Mrs. Sylvia Ohs of Harrison; a foster daughter, Mrs. Ruth Teela of Blaine, Wash., five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Community church in Malta with the Rev. Vincent Nelson officiating. Burial will be in the Malta cemetery with Bell Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
