Obituary: MRS. MINNIE ENGEMANN. Mrs. Minnie Engemann, 85, died last night at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Freda Reinert, Wathena. Mrs. Engemann was a native and lifelong resident of Wathena and a member of the Wathena United Methodist Church.
Besides Mrs. Reinert she is survived by two other daughters, Mrs. Mary Ramsel and Mrs. Dorothy Schuman, both of Wathena; five sons, Walt, Milton, Emmett and Wilbur Engemann, all of Wathena, and Frank Engemann, Troy; two sisters, Mrs. Collins Schuler, Wathena and Mrs. Lottie Franks, Topeka; a brother, Oscar Rapp, Topeka; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Services will be tomorrow at 1:30 at the Harman funeral home, Wathena, with the Rev. Lee Weirsma officiating. Burial will be in the Bellemont cemetery, Wathena. (Src: the St. Joseph News-Press, St. Joseph, Mo., November 18, 1970.)
