RUTH M. BROWER, 90, of Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif., formerly of River Edge, died Friday. She was an honorary life member and past president of the River Edge Woman's Club. She was a past president of the PTA and Girl Scout Council, both in River Edge, and of the Christ Church Women's and Altar guilds of Hackensack and was an honorary member of the New Jersey State PTA. Surviving are two daughters, Elayne Brower of Rancho Palos Verdes and Rosalind E. Hadley of Palos Verdes Estates, Calif., and two grandchildren. Her husband, Warren, died in 1959. A graveside service will be Monday at 2 p.m. at Hillside Cemetery, Lyndhurst, with arrangements by Ricardo Memorial Home, Hackensack.
