Mrs. Olive L. Erickson, 84, of 1507 Wall St., died in a local hospital early Saturday morning. Mrs. Erickson was born in Lincoln County, Minn., May 8, 1875, and had lived in Everett for 50 years. She was a member of the Washington Poets Assn. and a former member of Mission Covenant Church. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. William Griffith of Seattle and Mrs. Idella Stillwell of Los Angeles, Calif.; three sons, Orville Looysen of Seattle, Herf Looysen of Pinehurst and Henry Looysen of San Pedro, Calif.; a brother, T.S. Overvold of Rt. 3, Everett; a sister, Mrs. Norma Fowler of Yucalpa, Calif.; 15 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren. Private funeral services will be Tuesday morning at 11 o'clock at the funeral home of Purdy and Walters. The Rev. Joel Peterson of Mission Covenant Church will officiate. Burial will be in the family plot in Evergreen Cemetery.
