Garry G. Gibson, age 46 of Connersville, passed away on March 15, 2012 at Reid Hospital in Richmond.

Born on March 23, 1965 in Fayette County, he is the son of the late Ronnie and Janice Mustin Gibson.

He is a 1984 graduate of Connersville High School and enjoyed attending Crosspointe Biker Church.

He was a welder by trade working at several area shops until his health did not permit him to work. In his spare time he enjoyed visiting with his family, being outdoors and playing cards.

He is survived by two daughters, Ashley R. Gaddis and Lisa M. Gibson both of Connersville; two sons and a daughter in law, Brandon Hatfield of Rushville and Brandon & Misha Gibson of Connersville; two step daughters, Crystal Redd and Kathy Elston and two step sons, William "Billy" Elston Jr and Charlie Elston; three brothers and sisters in law, Brad & Mechele Gibson, Keith & Kelly Gibson, and Mike & Kelly Gibson all of Connersville; two sisters and brothers in law, Paula & Brian Phelps and Terena & James Murray all of Connersville; five grandchildren, Landon Trowbridge, Braxton Gibson, Olivia Gaddis, Kayden Gaddis and Josie Gay; several step grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews. He is also survived by a special uncle and aunt who assisted in his raising, Norman & Addie Mustin of Connersville.

In addition to his parents, his wife, Mary Jones Gibson, who he married in Sevierville, TN on September 2, 2000, precedes him in death.
