She was born on October 21, 1943, in Watertown, New York to Jake B. and Lois Morris.
Esther enjoyed doing anything with her grandchildren and loved being with her family and cooking for them. She was very soft spoken, sweet, kind, giving, and Esther always had a smile on her face.
Esther is survived by her husband, Paul Gray of Jasper; son, Blake Nathan Gray and his wife, Leah Carol McDowell Gray of San Antonio; grandchildren, Meghan and Parker Gray; and a host of family and friends.
Her funeral service was held at Broussard's, 134 W. Buccaneer Drive, in Winnie with burial to follow at Fairview Cemetery.
