Clyde, son of Ernest Winfred and Alpha Arvilla Adkins Farris married Wanita Evelyn Terwilliger before 1935. They were blessed with three children 2 sons and a daughter. They lived the majority of their married life in Palo Alto, California where Clyde was employed as a machinist. They had purchased a home there and settled into family life.
Clyde was working in his yard, collapsed and hit his head. He was rushed to the hospital where surgery was performed, however, he developed a staph infection and passed at 54 years of age.
He is survived by his loving wife Nita, sons Barry, Leslie and daughter Pamela, brothers James S., John L., sister Helen A., 2 sisters-in-law Lela, Genevieve, several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
His ashes are buried in his Mother's grave, and there is no marker. Missed by his loving family.
