Ruth Elizabeth Delia, 78, passed away January 9, 2012. She was born Jan. 25, 1933 in Wilkesbarre, Pennsylvania. She was a resident of San Diego for 55 years. Among many hobbies throughout her life, her greatest joy came from spending time with her loving family. She enjoyed many crafts, and going to the casinos.
