Funeral services for Amos Lamb, 65, a former resident of Richmond, will be held this afternoon at his late residence in Chesterton, Ind. Mr. Lamb died suddenly at his home last Sunday evening.
Mr. Lamb resided in Richmond a number of years and was employed at a local furniture store. After leaving this city, about 22 years ago, he was employed for some time by the American Shipyards company, Chicago. In recent years, however, he has resided in Chesterton.
He is survived by the widow, a daughter, Mrs. Katherine Brewster, and a son, Burchard Lamb, all of Chesterton, two brothers, Edward Lamb and Leslie Lamb, both of Richmond, a half-brother, George Frazier, Elwood, Ind., and three sisters, Mrs. Will Boyd, 1803 Main St., Richmond, Mrs. Cora B. Reid, Campbellstown, O., and Mrs. E. A. Smittle, Chicago.
