Ronnie Gail Acton, 58, of Bevier, MO, passed away on Sunday March 11, 2012, at Samaritan Hospital in Macon. Ronnie was born on January 14, 1954, in Warrensburg, MO, the daughter of Harold and Vanitta (Torrence) Bayless. She was united in marriage to Wilbur Lee Acton, Sr. on July 2, 2005, in Macon County. Ronnie enjoyed having fun and taking care of others. She is survived by her children; Tanya Owen and husband, Brad of Mexico, MO, Darrin Acton and wife, Amanda of Bevier, Rosanna Bartels and husband Seth, of Bevier, sixteen grandchildren, one great-grandchild; her significant other, David Schiff and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Wilbur Acton, Sr. and son, Andy Bell. Funeral services will be Thursday, March 15, 2012, at 11:00 am at Hutton and McElwain Funeral Home in Macon with Brother Jim Bolin officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Salem Cemetery in Excello, MO. Visitation will be on Wednesday evening, March 14, 2012, from 5 pm to 7 pm at the funeral home. Memorials are suggested to the family.
