Service for Georgia Gail West, 61, of Boyd was Saturday, Dec. 28 at Christian-Hawkins Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Bob Ware officiated and burial followed in Garvin Cemetery.
West died Wednesday, Dec. 25, 2002, in Arlington.
Born Dec. 4, 1941, in Dallas, she was a clerk for J. C. Penney. She was a member of the Garvin Methodist Church and the Boyd Eastern Star, serving as past and present matron. She married Bobby Joe West on Aug. 5, 1960, in Grand Prairie.
She is survived by her husband; one daughter, Tina Dian Gaston and fiance Tony Kruse; four sons, Tandy Lynn West, Jerry Dewayne West and wife Lori, Robert Darrell West and wife Lauri and Kenneth Allen West; four sisters, Lorraine Deaner, Katheryn Brown, Pat Camp and Gwen Grindale; one brother, Dale Tomlinson and 15 grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Tandy West, Jerry West, Robert West, Kenneth West, Tony Kruse and Ray Gaston.
