DRIVER DIES AT WHEEL
Howard W. Belles, 61, of Williamsport, suffered a heart attack and died while driving his car Tuesday at 12:50 p.m. According to police Mr. Belles' car ran out of control after he was stricken and went up a lawn and struck the home of Robert J. Badley. Damage to the front steps and porch was $150. Mr. Belles was taken to Divine Providence Hospital where he was declared dear on arrival.
