CONOVER — Mrs. Catherine Tedder Arndt, 58, of Ninth Street, N.E., died Tuesday, July 11, 2006, at Carolina's Medical Center in Charlotte.
Mrs. Arndt was born Dec. 16, 1947 in Raleigh to John Wilkes and Willie Mae "Sunshine" Toms Tedder of Ellenboro. She was a homemaker and former librarian at Concordia Lutheran Day School. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Conover.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Steven Drum Arndt of the home; sons, Alexander Steven Arndt of Charlotte and Andrew John Arndt of Wilmington; a daughter, Caroline Michelle Livingood of Savannah, Ga.; a granddaughter, Sara Elizabeth Livingood; brother, John Wilkes Tedder Jr. of Forest City; and sisters, Mary Evelyn Tedder of Greensboro and Amy Louise Williams of Huntersville.
Visitation: The family received friends Wednesday evening at Drum Funeral Home.
Funeral: Remembrance service today at 4 p.m. at First United Methodist Church of Conover
