Elizabeth had moved to Japan at the age of 16 with her mother during tumultuous political times in Manila. At the age of 18 in 1952 they traveled from Yokohama, Japan to San Francisco on the SS President Wilson. They both became citizens of the United States.
Elizabeth married Richard Samuel Thedka (1917-1997). Together they had two sons Richard Samuel Thedka and Augustus David Thedka (1958-1992). Elizabeth divorced Thedka in 1963. Elizabeth married Adams in 1965. Together they had a son Robert Scott Adams.
Elizabeth started her career working in a hotel. Eventually she became a well known Madam in Los Angeles, California.
Elizabeth died on July 8, 1995 after complications from heart surgery. She is survived by her mother Eufrosina, her brother Carl and her sons Richard Thedka and Scott Adams.
