WATERBURY — Ms. Geraldine Betty Lewis, of 2 North Main St., passed away Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2012, at VITAS Hospice Unit at Saint Mary's Hospital.
Ms. Lewis was born Oct. 13, 1926, a daughter of the late Fletcher and Bertha (Dubois) Lewis.
Funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2012, at Mt. Olive A.M.E. Zion Church, 92-100 Pearl St., with the Rev. Leroy O. Perry officiating. Burial will be in New Pine Grove Cemetery. Calling hour will be held at 12 noon Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2012, at the church. The family will receive friends at the church from 12:30 p.m. until the time of service.
