Final rites were read for Orla Starr Combs Wednesday, July 2, at 10:00 a.m. in Macy's Memorial chapel with Rev. S. James Osborne officiating. Combs died June 29 in Coos Bay. His home address was Salem and he was a past president of the Kiwanis lodge, also a member of the Masonic and Elk lodges. Interment was in the Rose City cemetery in Portland.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Beverly Beal, Coos Bay and one granddaughter, Judith Carolyn Beal, also of Coos Bay.
