He was a member of the Modern Woodmen of America, No. 5208 of Everett .
Surviving him are his wife, Rosetta and one daughter, Mrs. Gladys McCoy of Everett; two brothers, James P., Lake Stevens, Wash., and Hugh of Holly, Colo.; and one sister, Frances J. Seay, of Spring Brook, Wis.
The funeral services will be held Saturday at 10:30 a.m. in the Lynn Chapel. The Rev. E.G. Pearson officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Everett.
