Mrs. Almira T. Gallup, widow of the late J. P. Gallup, died at the home of her daughter. Mrs. Nellie Stevens, 38 Mt. Vernon street at eight o'clock Friday evening. She was ninety years of age, having been born October 16, 1816. Her Illness was of only two days duration, as she had been in exceptionally good health this winter. Death was the result of causes Incident to advanced age.

Mrs. Gallup had been Identified with Oshkosh for many years, coming here in the days when it was only a village.

The funeral will be held Sunday afternoon at two o'clock, from the Stevens residence on Mt. Vernon street. Rev. Leon L. Hammitt pastor of the First Methodist Episcopal church will conduct brief and simple services. There will be no music. Interment will take place in the family lot at Riverside cemetery. Friends are requested to omit flowers.
