Mrs. Edward Fiedler was called to her eternal rest on Saturday evening, July 26th. Mrs. Fiedler was born Anna Endorf, February 1, 1876 in Oak Grove Township, Prescott, Wis. Her parents were Mr. and Mrs. Fred Endorf. She was baptized in infancy and confirmed in the Evangelical Church in Oak Grove Township.
Mrs. Fiedler was married to Edward Fiedler on June 18, 1901 in Oak Grove. They moved to their farm in Clifton and both she and her husband spent the remainder of their days on the home farm.
About 20 years ago Mrs. Fiedler joined the St. Paul's Ev. Lutheran Church in Prescott. Since that time she has been an active and a devout member of the church.
There are left to morn her sudden departure 3 sons, George, Melvin and Harvey and one daughter, Mrs. Fred Janisch; seven grandchildren; a sister Mrs. Louise Reeck; Miss Tena Endorf; and Mrs. P. Eichman. Besides these close relatives there are many nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
One son, Stanley, died in 1930 and Mr. Fiedler departed this life in 1943.
Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the home, in St. Paul's Lutheran church and at the cemetery, with Rev. E. J. Zehms, officiating.
