Mr. and Mrs. Fiedler celebrated their golden wedding in 1908 and on the 19th of February in the following year the beloved husband and father was taken away. Since that time Mrs. Fiedler has lived at the home of her son, Peter, loved by her children and respected by all who knew her.

Baumann conducting the services and speaking in German from John 3.2 and in English from Cor.1:15, 55. The pallbearers were B. Betzel, B. Betzel, W. Tabor, J. Gotzman, Julius Reeck and Fred Holst.
