Otto Fiedler, well known Oak Grove farmer, took his own life at about 11:30 last Saturday morning when he hung himself. The lifeless body was found by relatives in a machine shed.

Mr. Fiedler recently underwent an operation and it is believed worry over ill heath and the prospect of another operation was the cause of his deed.

Otto Fiedler was one of the large land owners of his town and a successful farmer. He is survived by his wife, one son, Clarence, at home, and four brothers - Edward, and Peter of Oak Grove, Herman of Prescott, and Ernest of St. Paul.

Funeral services were held from thee St. John's Evangelical Church in Oak Grove Tuesday and interment was at Prescott.
