Mrs. Emma Schreiber, 97, a former resident of Plymouth who has been living at Sunny Ridge for the past six years, died this morning at Sunny Ridge following a short illness.

Born in Sheboygan Falls on Sept. 20, 1871, she was the daughter of the late Julius and Sophia Rautmann. On March 23, 1895, she was married to William Schreiber at Sheboygan Falls.

They farmed there until moving to Plymouth in 1919. Mr. Schreiber died in 1953.

She was a member of Salem United Church of Christ.

Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Elwood (Irma) Fiedler of Sheboygan Falls; two grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Ida Kuhlow of Sheboygan Falls and Mrs. Minnie Damrow of Fond du Lac. One daughter, two brothers and a sister preceded her in death.

Funeral servicers will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Wittkopp Funeral Home, Plymouth, with the Rev. Lowell Ferguson, pastor of Salem United Church of Christ, officiating. Burial will be in the Saron United Church of Christ Cemetery, Sheboygan Falls.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Monday.
