Will Louis Birch, 37, former Topekan, died in Chicago Friday, according to word received here by his sister, Mrs. Ruby Newman.

Besides his sister, he is survived by his mother, Mrs. Luella Jones, of Topeka; four brothers, Robert Birch, of Kansas City, Mo., Noah Birch, of Weston, Mo., and Earl and Theodore Birch, of Topeka; four aunts and an uncle.
