HERMANN RAYMOND M.
Age 88, of Level Green, on Tuesday, July 5, 2005, in HCR Manor Care, Monroeville. He was born April 12, 1917 in Clairton, a son of the late Michael and Marie (Graff) Hermann. Raymond was a member of Level Green Presbyterian Church, a past member of Westinghouse Trades Apprentice Alumni Assn. and Westinghouse Foreman's Assn. Prior to retirement he was employed as an industrial engineer for Westinghouse Electric Corporation, East Pittsburgh. In addition to his parents, Raymond was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 60 years, Lena (Franci) Hermann and a brother, Richard Hermann. Raymond is survived by two children: son, William and a daughter, Nancy and her husband Donald and a sister, Ruth. He will be missed by his grandson and step-grandchildren and their families. Family and friends will be received Thursday from 7-9 p.m. at the VAIA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 463 Athena Drive, Delmont. Funeral service for Raymond will be held Friday, 11 a.m. in the funeral home with Reverend Dennis MacAleer of Level Green Presbyterian Church officiating. Interment will follow in the Twin Valley Memorial Park, Delmont PA 15626.
