Survived by his wife Mrs. Myrtle Maddy of Salem; five sons, Roy, Warren, Floyd, and Ralph Maddy, all of Salem and Ray Maddy of Albany, Ore.; a brother, James T. Maddy in the Philippines; and seven grandchildren. Announcement of services later by the Clough-Barrick company.
