Elmer Frederick was born in Bellaire, Smith County, Kansas to the parents of Alphonse P. L. Foster and his wife Odga Stollens on the 26th of June in the year 1918. He married Myrtle Weaver and when she passed he married his current wife Lola Nathelle and is survived by three Children. She had been married before, was divorced and had two children from her previous marriage. After his father passed in Bellaire, Smith County, Kansas he and his mother moved to Boulder County, Colorado. Elmer served in the Military in WW11. He lived in various places including California. Spent his latter days in Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado, passing on the 28th of June in the year of 1998. He is laid to rest with his wife Nathelle in Mount View Cemetery off the Diagnal in Boulder, Boulder County, Colorado.
