DENISON - Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday in St. Luke's Episcopal Church for James W. Cline, 80, of Denison, who died in a Denison hospital at 5:55 p.m. Friday after a long illness.
Rev. David Jones of St. Luke's Episcopal Church will conduct the services. Burial will be in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park. Bratcher Funeral Home will direct the arrangements. The family will be at the funeral home from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. Sunday.
Mr. Cline was born July 9, 1883, in Trenton, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Martin L.(Melvin Luther) Cline. He lived in Denison 52 years. On Nov. 28, 1944, he married Mrs. Irene Livsay in Denison. He was a retired engineer for MKT and a member of St. Luke's Episcopal Church, Oddfellows and B of LFE.
Surviving him are one son, Clarence Cline of Denison; one step son, Owen Livsay of Fort Worth; two step daughters, Mrs. Floyd King of Tupelo, Okla., and Mrs. Clarence Cline of Denison, and three brothers, Sam Cline of Blue Ridge, Bob Cline of Leonard, and Fred Cline of Lubbock.
