Elmer "Al" Williams of Wheaton Elmer "Al" Williams, 73, was the beloved husband of Judi (nee Ross); loving father of Douglas (Cheri) Williams and Kim (Ralph) Grimmer; cherished "Papa" of Kevin, Justin and Nicholas Williams, and Jessica, Heather and Ryan Grimmer; dear brother of the late Heather (the late John) Dietz and the late Richard (the late Ceil) Williams; fond brother-in-law of Jim (Cindy) Ross; and caring uncle of many. He was a proud member of the IUEC local #2 for over 42 years. Visitation will be from 3 p.m. until the time of service at 7 p.m. Sunday, at Williams-Kampp Funeral Home, 430 E.
