Harry Emerson Fowler Jr. was the son of Harry Emerson Fowler Sr. and Agnes Mae Wheaton. He was a career Air Force man specializing in computers. He retired from the Air Force and worked at the University of Oregon Computer Department. He first married Patricia Louise Williams, then to Sharon Mae McCullugh. Harry had four children by his union to Patricia: Stephen, Colleen, Brian and Kevin Fowler. He had one child with his union with Sharon, Kelly Diane Fowler.
