THE PARIS NEWS, Dec. 20, 2011, page 3. - Eileen L. Crites, 65, of Blossom, passed away Monday, Dec. 19, 2011, at Paris Regional Medical Center. Funeral services are scheduled for 3 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 22, at Bright-Holland Funeral Home with Minister Pressley Eddins officiating. The family is to receive friends one hour before service time at the funeral home. Cremation will follow the services under the continued care and direction of Bright-Holland Funeral Home.
Mrs. Crites was born July 25, 1946, in Floresville, the daughter of Everett Preston Everitt and Erelene Hengst Everitt.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Survivors include her husband, Wm. David Crites Sr. of Blossom; one son, Wm. David Crites Jr. and wife, Renee, of Southaven, Miss.; one granddaughter, Callie Crites of Southaven, Miss; two brothers, Everett Everitt Jr. and wife, Diane, of Fort Worth and Eugene Everitt and wife, Cathy, of Bedford; her mother, Erelene Everitt of Burleson; mother-in-law, Elizabeth Crites of Blossom; sister-in-law, Virginia Nelson of Paris; three brothers-in-law, Jimmy Crites and wife, Mary, of Blossom, Ronnie Crites and wife, Patricia, of Robstown and Randy Crites and wife, Kay, of Springtown; along with numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
