KARI MAE LEWIS, of Wayne, passed away Tuesday, December 12, 2006 at home. At only 24 years old, she is gone before her time, but now with the Lord. Born February 22, 1982 in Logan, Ohio, Kari was a class of 2000 graduate of Wayne High School, and attended Canada Chapel. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Lawrence W. McClelland, and grandmother, Olive Mae Roland Lewis, great grandmothers, Eva McClelland, Mary Brayall, and Mawmaw Trogdon, one uncle, James Hyrne, and her fiance's father, Carson Puskas. Survivors include her parents, Richard Martin Lewis, Jr,; Kay Ann McClelland and Gregory Trogdon; one sister and bother-in-law, Lisa and Jerry Smith; one stepsister, Anndrea and Jim Meadows, all of Wayne; one stepbrother, Gregory Trogdon Jr. of Concord, North Carolina; grandfather, Richard Martin Lewis Sr. of South Shore, KY; grandmother, Kay Bruce and husband Roger of Buchtell, Ohio; step grandparents, Lois and Jack Trogdon of Lavalette; special friends Kathy and Katy Mohney; and aunts, uncles, cousins and friends too numerous too mention. Kari also leaves behind her fiance, Christopher Scott Clark of Wayne, their daughter, Allison Marie Clark; and Chris's family, Tammy and Robert Woodrum of Huntington and Jodi Pauskas of East Lynn. Funeral services were conducted 2 p.m. Friday, December 15, 2006 at Johnson-Tiller Funeral Home with Brother Johnny Jackson officiating. Burial followed in Elmwood Cemetery.
