"Mrs. Elvira STATHAM Died This Morning // Mrs. Elvira STATHAM, an aged and greatly beloved lady of Phenix City, breathed her last at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Nannie WYATT, on Sixth avenue, at 9:30 o'clock this morning following an illness of one week from pneumonia. She was 79 years of age at the time of her death. // Mrs. STATHAM is survived by one son and three daughters, as follows: Mr. Robert STATHAM, of NOrth Carolina, Mrs. Mattie LEWIS, of Riverview, Ala., Mrs. Ross NEWSOME and Mrs. Nannie WYATT, of Phenix City, and also by one sister, Mrs. Fannie COOPER, also of this city, all of whom have the sympathy of their many friends in their bereavement. // The funeral will take place from the home of Mrs. WYATT at 3 o'clock Wednesdaty afternoon, the interment to follow in Girard cemetery."
