At 3:00 am on September 14, 1994, Sheila Johnson (dob 06/26/63) and Steven A. Munoz (dob 08/27/77) were found lying in the parking lot of a car wash at 8323 S. Flores in San Antonio TX. Johnson was deceased at the scene, and Munoz died after being transported to Wilford Hall Hospital.
