Geraldine M. (Mackie) Summers,64 of Warwick, passed away Thursday, April 21, 2011 at the Philip Hulitar Inpatient Cener in Providence. She was the wife of Ralph Summers.
Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Terrance and Muriel (Vaughn) Mackie. Mrs. Summers was a Registered Nurse at VNA of Rhode Island for 35 years.
Besides her husband, she is survived by a son; Ryan T. Summers, a daughter; Deborah A. Summers, two brothers; Daniel S. and Vaughn T. Mackie, a sister; M. Patricia Mackie-Dosreis, two grandchildren; Kayley and Jaxon.
She was the sister of the late Brian J. Mackie.
Her funeral was held on Tuesday April 26, 2011, at The Jones-Walton-Sheridan Funeral Home,Cranston, RI. Interment was private.
