Deriek Wayne Crouse, 39, of Christiansburg, and formerly of Galax, passed away on Thursday, December 8, 2011. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Marvin (Butch) and Edna Arnold, and Gene and Gladys Crouse; and uncles, Marvin Arnold, Jr., Terry Arnold, Sr., and David Arnold.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 11, 2011 from 3 until 8 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home. A funeral service will be conducted on Monday, December 12, 2011 at 2 p.m. at Virginia Tech's Cassell Coliseum. Interment will follow in the Memorial Gardens of the New River Valley in Blacksburg.
