Survived by husband, Charles Blakely of Mesquite; father-in-law, Harvey Borders; son, David & wife Pamela Blakely, son, Andy & wife, Cindy Blakely; son, Paul & wife, Donna Blakely; daughter, Suzanne & husband Randy Lawson; son, Phillip & wife, Tonya Blakely; grandchildren, Sierra, Lauren & Chase Blakely; Charity Andrews & husband, Brian, Faith Bleecker & husband, Michael & Amanda Blakely; Crysta & Tannner Blakely; Patrick Lawson; Heather & Taylor Blakely; brothers, James & wife, Katherine Creech; Bobby & Sherry Creech; Charles & Judy Creech; Mike & Debbie Creech, Mark & Janese Creech; numerous nieces, nephews & friends. Services were at 11:00 AM Wednesday, December 10,2003, at the First Baptist Church of Sunnyvale with Bro. Don Fuller, officiating. Interment in the Mesquite City Cemetery. Family received friends at the New Hope Funeral Home on Tureday evening. Published in the Dallas Morning News on 12-9-2003.
