NEBO, Ky. — Loretta Joy Lykins, 50, Nebo, died Friday, Dec. 2, 2011, at her home.
She worked as a bar tender until ill health forced her retirement and was a member of Oakley Home Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Ester Polley Tapp.
Survivors include one daughter, Vanessa Miller of Slaughters; two sons, Derrik Tapp and Dalton Lykins, both of Hanson; four sisters, Joan Rogers and Marisa Reed, both of Nebo, Anne Francis of Madisonville and Charlotte Hammack of Manitou, Ky.; three brothers, Ronnie Tapp of Robards and Paul and Timmy Tapp, both of Nebo; and three grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Jones & Erdman Funeral Home in Providence. Brother Neil Kolodey will officiate. Private interment will be at Oakley Home Cemetery.
Friends may call after 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
