There is no marked stone for George Glasgow. But family tradition is that he is buried in this cemetery.

George W. Glasgow was born c1840 to Jesse and Ann Boyd Glasgow in Benton Co., TN. George W. Glasgow and Sarah Cordelia (Sally) Mathis were married 20 August 1860 in Stewart Co. TN. They had two children while living in Tennessee: Irene Elizabeth b1861 and William W. b1862. George and Sarah Glasgow moved to Hamilton Co. IL c1864 and while living there had John L. b1865 and Ida Anna b1869. George and Sarah Glasgow moved to Crawford County, Mo. c1872 and had George b1872, Albert b1874 and Alex b1876. Sarah Glasgow died 1880 in Crawford County, MO. In March of 1892, George W. Glasgow's father passed away and George moved back to Tennessee to care for his father's estate. George took with him sons William W. and Alex. George's other children Irene, Ida, John L., George and Albert remained in Missouri, each living the remainder of their lives in Crawford County.
George Washington Glasgow never remarried after the death of Sarah Cordelia.
