DeSote II, of Lima; 20 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 6 step grandchildren; two brothers, Robert DeSota, of Cairo, and Joe (Donna) DeSota, of Continental; a sister, Madeline Bear, of Continental; and several nieces and nephews...

He was preceded in death by a son, Mark DeSote; and two brothers, Virgil DeSote and Bernard DeSote...

Services will begin at 11 a.m. Monday at Heitmeyer Funeral Home, Continental. The Rev. Ray Newsome will officiate. Burial will be in Monroe Cemetery, Continental...
