Also surviving are two sisters and his stepmother. Mrs. Roberta Mitchell, Roy, Utah; Mrs. Karen Hurd, Clearfield, Utah; his stepmother Norine Massengale, Clovis California, two stepsisters and two stepbrothers, DeWayne Williams, Florida; Ted Shelton, Gay Schindler and Mrs. Ted (Elaine) Eyler all of Washington.
He is preceded in death by his father, mother and sister.
