WAPATO, Sept. 24 -- (Special) -- After working all day and appearing in normal health, Ralph H. Lenover, 59, dropped dead of a heart attack shortly after dinner Thursday night in his home on route 1, Wapato. He had lived in the Wapato district six months, where he worked on a Reese Brown ranch. A native of Puyallup, Lenover had lived in the valley for 15 years. He leaves his widow, Mrs. Mary Lenover; three daughters, Mrs. Fay Thompson, of Issaquah, Mrs. Jessie Hallingsworth of Sprague River, Ore., and Mrs. Bessie Morris of Los Angeles; a son, Roy Lenover, of Sprague River; a brother, W. R. Lenover of Seattle; and two sisters, Mrs. J. A. Beckman of Los Angeles and Mrs. Jennie Barzee of Myrtle Point, Ore. Shaw & Sons of Yakima has charge of arrangements.

The funeral of Ralph H. Lenover will be held Monday morning at 10 o'clock in Shaw & Sons chapel with Rev. D. W. Ferry officiating. The body will be sent to Sumner for burial.

FORMER SUMNER MAN DIES SUDDENLY
Ralph Lenover, of the pioneer Lenover family, who spent his boyhood here, died suddenly at his home in Mabton Thursday of last week, and the body was brought here for burial in the family plot Tuesday, at 2 p.m. Brief graveside services were held, the funeral being in charge of the Sumner Funeral chapel.
Surviving relatives are his wife, a daughter, Mrs. Fay Thompson of Issaquah, twin daughters, both married, one of whom resides in Portland and one in California, a brother, Robert lenover of Seattle, and two sisters, Mrs. Jennie Barzee of Myrtle Point, Ore., and Mrs. John Beckman of Los Angeles.
