Marion E. Maynard died in Port Charlotte, Florida at the age of 64. She was the daughter of Edward and Edith (Wenzel) Cronin of New Britain, Connecticut. Marion was the wife of Kenneth Leslie Maynard, son of Arthur E. and Bertha Ashley Maynard of Middletown. Formerly of Westbrook, Connecticut, she and Ken had relocated to Port Charlotte for the four years preceding her death.
Marion was the mother of four sons: Wayne Edward, Gary Arthur, Brian Kenneth and Keith Leslie Maynard, the grandmother of ten and the great-grandmother of one.
Marion's funeral at the O'Connell Funeral Home in Westbrook was followed by a mass of Christian burial at St. Mark's Church in Westbrook, Connecticut.
