Donald N. Adams, age 83, of Xenia, passed away Sunday October 3, 2010 at Greene Memorial Hospital in Xenia. He was born on November 2, 1926 the son of the late Clarence and Mary Fern (Wilkinson) Adams. He is preceded in death by his parents; infant children: Joyce Ann and Donald Alan Adams; brother: Glenn T Adams; and a niece: Rena Shoemaker. Donald is survived by his loving wife of 66 years: Betty L. Adams; Nephew: John T Adams; sister-in-law: Margaret G. Adams; 2 great-nieces and 4 great-great-nephews. Donald is also survived by his beloved extended family: Dr. Manoj and Dr Priya Desai, Mamta and Arun Kori along with their children; Akash and Shivani Kori, Bijal and David Ramirez, and Dan and Denise Dehan. Donald was a longtime member of Faith Community Church in Xenia and was retired with 30 years of service at/ NCR. Donald also served his country in the United States Army during WWII. Funeral services will be held 12 PM Thursday, October 7, 2010 at the McColaugh Funeral Home, 826 N. Detroit St., Xenia. Interment to follow in the Woodland Cemetery in Xenia. The family will receive friends Thursday from 11 AM until time of service at the funeral home.
