Betty (Vincent) Allred was born on April 24, 1925 in Aurora, Illinois and died on May 26, 2000 at her home in Napa. She was retired from Napa Valley Unified School District where she had worked in food services. She was preceded in death by her son, James Allred. She is survived by her husband, Gene Macallen Allred; and her daughter, Terri Neade of Vacaville. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Apollinaris Catholic Church. Interment will be in Tulocay Cemetery under the direction of Claffey and Rota Funeral Home.
