Don, 91, was born and raised in Los Angeles. He served during WWII as a pilot and worked as a technical illustrator for McDonnell-Douglas.
He was preceded in death by his wife of sixty-five years, Jacqueline. He is survived by his sister, June Brimecombe, his son Donald R. Peterson II and his wife Jean, his daughter Vicki Peterson Compean, six grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. He will be greatly missed.
