Charles Billy Randall
Charles Billy Randall, 57, of Hickory, died May 27, 1994, at Catawba Memorial Hospital following a brief illness.
Born May 13, 1937, in Madison County, he was a son of the late Erwin and Vesta Worsham Randall.
A member of Wecome Chapel Baptist Church in Hildebran, he worked for Hickory and Long View Police Departments for 21 years, worked for Harold Shull Trucking Company for 12 years and served in the US Army.
Survivors include his wife, Aileen Hildebran Randall of Hickory; two daughters, Vickie Randall of Hickory and Anita Morgan of Valdese; four sisters, FAye Cook and Kathleen Brown of Hickory, Louise Haynes of Wilmington and Robbie Eller of Florida and a grandson, Christopher Randall of Hickory.
The funeral will be conducted by the Rev Cecil McKinney at 1 PM Sunday at Welcome Chapel Baptist Church in Hildebran.
Burial will be in Catawba Memorial Park.
Pallbearers will be Troy Taylor, Dean Toney, David Fulton, Dennis Huffman, Kenneth Williams and Jim Howard.
The family will be at Catawba Funeral Home from 7 to 8:30 tonight.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Charles Billy Randall was the natural son of Katie Pearl Worsham and Perry Clastus Freshour. Katie died and Vesta adopted her infant son.
