JUANITA JEAN CHOHRACH, 85, of Pearland, TX passed away on November 15, 2011 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Bradford, PA on March 5, 1926 to her parents, Clinton Stoddard and Nola J. Stewart. Juanita has resided in Pearland since 1971 where she was also a member of St. Helen Catholic Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Paul A. Chohrach, and sister, Shirley Cawley.
Juanita is survived by her daughter, Susan K. Chapman and husband Phillip, sons; Richard P. Chohrach and wife Mary, Michael J. Chohrach and wife Karen, brother; Clinton Stoddard and wife Diane, sister-in-law, Dorothy Chohrach, and three grandchildren; Nathaniel Chohrach, Christine Chohrach and Abigail Chohrach.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Jean's caregiver, Magdalena Silva.
A visitation for family and friends will be held at Crowder Funeral Home in Pearland on Thursday, November 17, 2011 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a Vigil and a Rosary at 6:30 p.m. with Deacon Darvin Bordelon officiating.
A Funeral Mass will be held Friday, November 18, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Helen Catholic Church in Pearland with Father Wayne Wilkerson officiating with a burial following at Forest Park East in Webster, TX.
